Praxis Automation Technology, founded in 1965 in The Netherlands, began with manufacturing and supplying alarm and monitoring systems for sea going vessels. During the years, our experience combined with extensive research, enabled the company to offer complete solutions in the ship automation, navigation and electric propulsion equipment field. Today we manufacture and supply the second generation of the “Mega-Guard” Ship automation, Navigation and Electric propulsion system.
Benjamin van Dam appointed Managing Director at Praxis Automation Technology BV - Terry van Velzen to retire
After having managed Praxis Automation for the last 5 years, Terry van Velzen will retire on 31st January 2024. Benjamin van Dam, who is currently the Sales Director of Praxis, will succeed Terry as Managing Director on February 1st 2024.
Benjamin van Dam has a strong background in the maritime sector. He has 15 years of experience within the organization, which gives him a solid start as new managing director of Praxis Automation.
