Our ambition is to make state-of-the-art products ahead of the market, both now and in future. Our Development staff make this possible. Using the latest technological know-how they work on new products that meet the future developments in shipping and innovations that improve our products. Our focus is on improving functionalities, increasing ease of use and reducing installation and user costs. In addition to pioneering innovations, the development department also works on the development of specific customized solutions for our customers.

Production

a flexible and efficient production cycle

We produce the components from which our products are made entirely in-house: from the production of PCB's and fine mechanical components such as control levers to electric propulsion motors with high power inverters. Our team of skilled production staff and modern machinery shall jointly guarantee quality, efficiency and flexibility: also rush orders can always be produced at short notice. Our production team works closely with our development team, enabling us to introduce new products and product improvements at our customers with relatively short lead times.

Software and hardware

testing and track & trace

After production, all components are individually tested and provided with a unique serial number which is entered into our track & trace quality system. So we can link all extradited products at component level to one specific task and/or ship. This is important information for our After-Sales department and the base for our guarantee that spare parts are still available for at least twenty years after purchase.

Engineering

implementation, documentation and classification

The Engineering department prepares products for delivery to our customers. Our professional engineers implement the software in the hardware and test all functions. They prepare products in such way that the commissioning time is reduced to a minimum. They also create document folders for customers that contain drawings and manuals etc. Before the products are actually transported, they take care of the project approval by recognized classification societies.
